The Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence
A long-running regulator based in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in Canada, and one of the oldest in online gambling. It is more established than the newer offshore issuers and does operate a published complaints procedure, which puts it above the bottom tier.
The realistic limit
