What this site is
This site publishes reviews and comparison lists of online casinos. It is an editorial and community platform. It does not accept deposits, run games, hold funds, or provide any gambling service itself.
Accepting these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you register an account, you also accept them for anything you do while signed in. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Who can use the site
You must be of legal gambling age in the country where you live. Where the legal age is 21, that is the age we use. It is your responsibility to know the law in your own jurisdiction, gambling is legal in some countries, restricted in others, and prohibited in others still. Where the operators we cover are not licensed in your country, you may not have legal access to them.
Accounts
An account is optional and is only needed to post community content, tips, reviews, big wins, and to earn points and redeem rewards. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and for anything posted from your account. Give a working email; that is how we reach you if we need to.
Community content
What you post remains yours. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on this site, syndicate it in feeds, and quote it in editorial pieces with attribution. Do not post content you do not have the rights to. Do not post identifying details of other people. We remove content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or promotes an operator dishonestly, and we can suspend the account it came from.
What we do not warrant
The listings are our honest interpretation of tested facts as of the last-checked date on each page. Operators change terms, licences, and payout speeds without warning. Ratings that were correct when written may not be correct now, always read the operator’s own current terms before depositing. We do not guarantee winnings, losses, or any outcome of any game. We do not offer investment advice.
Affiliate relationship
Nearly every casino we list pays us a share of revenue from players who sign up through us. That relationship is disclosed on every listing. It has no effect on our editorial judgement. If a partnership required us to soften a criticism, we would end the partnership.
Prohibited use
- No automated scraping of the site’s content.
- No republishing our reviews or comparison data on other sites without written permission.
- No attempt to break into accounts, systems, or bypass security controls.
- No posting of malicious code.

Every link that leaves this site takes you to a service we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.
Changing these terms
We can update these terms. If we change something material, we will say so on the page and post a note in the community area. Continued use after the change is acceptance.
