What we can and cannot do
This support is mainly for people using Velatonmies. We will relay any report to the casino it is about and push for an answer, but we have no authority over an operator: whether your problem is resolved is between you and them, and we cannot promise an outcome.
What we can do is stop recommending them. Where an operator breaks its own terms or stalls a withdrawal without cause, we de-list it, and the reason goes on the review so the next reader sees it before they sign up. See the casinos we currently list.
Reports are private. We publish how many we receive in each category, never your name, your account details or what you wrote.
