We list 10 crypto casinos here. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5, and the rating weights how fast a withdrawal actually clears above everything else. We tested every one of them with our own money: an account opened, funded, played and cashed out. The payout times in the table are our own measurements, not the casinos' claims.
The highest-rated option is Duel at 4.3 out of 5. The quickest payout we measured here was 1 min 30 s, at Shuffle, in our test of September 17, 2026.
1 casino here holds no gambling licence at all: it is a company registration, so there is no regulator to complain to.
On licensing, the casinos listed here answer to Curaçao eGaming (5 casinos), Anjouan Gaming (3 casinos).
The payment methods these casinos accept most often are Crypto, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Mastercard.
How these operators were tested and scored is set out on How we test and rate casinos.
Best crypto casinos: how we judge one
The best crypto casino pays your coins back quickly, names the company and the licence behind it, and shows its terms before you deposit. We judge every crypto casino here the same way: a real crypto deposit, real play, and two timed withdrawals back to our own wallet. Where a casino has not been through that test yet, its card and its review say so.
What makes a crypto casino worth playing at?
Six checks, made in the same order for every review. The table shows what we look at and where you can see the result.
| Check | What we look at | Where it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Payout speed | Two withdrawals, timed from request to wallet | The test log on each review, and the fast withdrawal casinos list |
| Who runs it | Company name, registration number and licence number from the terms | The licensing section of each review |
| Licence | What the regulator does if a payout is refused | The licence pages |
| Rewards | Rakeback, cashback or a deposit bonus, and the wagering on each | The bonus section of each review |
| Coins | Which coins and networks the cashier takes, and the withdrawal minimum for each | Casino crypto payments by coin |
| Verification and limits | When documents are asked for, and whether you can set a deposit limit | The test log on each review |
The weights behind the rating are on how we test and rate. Payout speed carries the most weight, because it is what a crypto casino claims most often and what we can measure most directly.
Is it safe to play at a crypto casino?
It is as safe as the operator is honest, because the usual safety net is thin. Two questions decide it: will the casino pay, and what can you do if it does not?
Testing answers the first. A casino that paid our withdrawals promptly has shown that its cashier works. It has not promised to keep working that way, which is why every rating carries a last-checked date.
The second is where crypto casinos fall short of licensed local sites. The licences behind them come without an independent body that rules on player complaints, and crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so there is no chargeback either. The practical rule follows from that: keep your balance small, withdraw wins instead of storing them on the site, and never deposit more than you can afford to lose.
Provably fair is not the same as safe
Many crypto casinos publish provably fair checks for their in-house games, such as Crash, Mines, Plinko and Dice. You can verify that a round's result was fixed before you bet and not changed afterwards. That is useful and genuine. It covers nothing about third-party slots, which run on the studio's own servers, and nothing about whether a withdrawal will be paid.
Do crypto casinos ask for ID?
Some never do in normal play, some ask in stages, and some verify as standard. Our test accounts show the range. Duel asked for no documents at any point, and its terms keep checks for fraud, underage play or a legal order. Most of the other casinos we tested did not ask at our test amounts but keep the right to ask at any time, so a larger withdrawal can still trigger a check. Stake runs real verification: small crypto play went through without it in our test, but a bonus claim or a larger payout triggers it. Shuffle describes its checks as staged, which means they arrive as you play more and before larger withdrawals.
No-KYC is not the same as anonymous. The casino still sees your wallet addresses, your IP address and your play, and its terms still bind you. Treat a no-KYC policy as less paperwork for small amounts, not as a promise that you will never be asked. Our guide to KYC at online casinos explains the usual triggers.
The casinos where our own test account deposited and withdrew without being asked for documents are on no KYC casinos.
Crypto casino licences: Curaçao, Anjouan or none
Crypto casinos rarely hold a European licence. The ones we review hold one of these:
- Curaçao: licensing moved to the regulator directly under a new gaming law in December 2024. Licences can be checked on its public register, but the regulator does not mediate individual complaints.
- Anjouan: a licence from one island of the Comoros, issued quickly and with little supervision, and no dispute body behind it.
- No gambling licence: a company registered in Costa Rica, a country that does not license online casinos at all.
The licence does not decide a rating on its own, but it limits the licence part of the score, and each review says so. For the background, read Anjouan vs Curaçao.
Rakeback instead of a welcome bonus
Many crypto casinos have dropped the classic deposit match. Duel, Roobet, LuckyCoin and Shuffle lead with rakeback instead: a share of the house edge on every bet, credited as you play. At Duel, Roobet and LuckyCoin it carries no playthrough at all. For anyone who plays more than once, that usually returns more than a 40x match bonus that is unlikely to clear.
Where a crypto casino does offer a match, read the wagering first. The rakeback casinos page explains how the different schemes pay, and the no wagering casinos list shows which rewards come without a playthrough.
Which crypto to use at a casino
Every casino we review accepts Bitcoin, but it is rarely the quickest or cheapest way to move a small amount. For deposits and withdrawals under a few hundred dollars, Litecoin, XRP or a stablecoin on a low-fee network usually costs less and arrives sooner. A stablecoin such as USDT also keeps your balance in dollars while you play, so a fall in a coin's price cannot eat a win before you cash out.
Each coin has its own page: Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and XRP. When every minute counts, see the instant withdrawal crypto casinos list, which is sorted by measured payout time.
Crypto gambling in Canada and elsewhere
The casinos on this list serve players in countries that do not run their own licensing for online casinos, and they exclude many that do. In Canada, Ontario licenses private online casinos through iGaming Ontario, and an offshore crypto casino that respects that keeps Ontario on its restricted list, as Stake does. Stake's list also covers the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and much of the EU. Elsewhere in Canada, most provinces sell online casino games through their provincial lottery corporation, and offshore crypto casinos take players without a Canadian licence.
That gap is who these sites serve, and it is why their protections are thinner than a provincial site's. Check the restricted-country list in the casino's terms before you deposit. If your country is on it, a VPN does not change that, and the casino can void the play.
Crypto slots and in-house games
The slots at crypto casinos come from the same studios as anywhere else: Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Nolimit City and others. What can differ is the RTP setting. Studios ship several versions of many slots and the casino picks which one to run, so the same game can return more at one site than another. Look for the RTP in the game's own info screen before you play.
The in-house Originals are where crypto casinos stand apart: Crash, Mines, Plinko, Dice and Limbo, usually provably fair and often with a lower house edge than a slot. You can try the slots for nothing in our free slot demos before you deposit anywhere.
Limits and self-exclusion at crypto casinos
This is where crypto casinos are weakest, and our test logs show it plainly. Of the casinos we tested, only Roobet offered a deposit limit inside the account at the time of our test. At several others, including Duel, Gamba and Betpanda.io, there was no deposit limit, no loss limit and no reality check at all, and self-exclusion went through support or a policy page. At Betpanda.io, closing the account forfeits the balance left on it.
If a casino offers no limits, set them outside it: a separate wallet that holds only your budget, and a hard stop you decide before the first deposit.
Comparing these with Stake? The Stake alternatives list shows only the crypto casinos we have paid out from, with Stake itself left out.
Red flags at a crypto casino
- No company name or registration number in the terms.
- A licence number that is not on the regulator's own register, or no licence number at all.
- Marketing that presents VPN use as a feature. A VPN does not change the restricted-country list in the terms.
- Withdrawal ceilings that are not published anywhere.
- A help page that contradicts the binding terms on fees, minimums or verification.
- A balance that is forfeited when you close your account.
One red flag does not rule a casino out, and several of the casinos we list show one or two. Each review names the ones it found.
How this list is ordered
Our editors set the order of this list for each market. The rating on each card is the test score, and commission does not change it, a rule set out in full on how we test and rate. Read the rating and the review's test log, not only the position.

Questions about crypto casinos
How many crypto casinos does Velatonmies list?
10 crypto casinos, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5. Every one of them was opened as a real account, funded, played and cashed out by us.
Which is the best crypto casino?
Duel rates highest of them, at 4.3 out of 5. The score weights payout speed and verification conduct above game selection, and it carries a last-checked date. If that date looks old, treat the figures as old.
How fast do crypto casinos pay out?
The quickest payout we measured among them was 1 min 30 s, at Shuffle, in our test of September 17, 2026. We time each withdrawal from the request to the money arriving, not to the casino marking it processed. Casinos we have not tested yet are left out of this answer.
