Several crypto casinos on this site take Mastercard for deposits, through a partner that turns your payment into crypto. Withdrawals still leave as crypto, to a wallet. The usual Mastercard problem is not the casino but the bank: a deposit that is declined, or a charge on the statement you did not expect.
Card networks give every merchant a category code, and gambling and crypto purchases each have their own. Many banks decline one or both by policy. Some decline only credit cards, some only payments to merchants abroad, and some apply a daily limit that a casino deposit reaches. A call to your bank tells you which rule you hit. Retrying the same card over and over can get it locked by the bank's fraud checks.
Many issuers treat a gambling or crypto purchase on a credit card as a cash advance. That means a fee on the transaction and interest from the same day, with no interest-free period. Gambling with borrowed money is a habit to avoid entirely. If you use a card at all, use a debit card.
A card deposit at a crypto casino usually shows the name of the payment partner rather than the casino, because you are buying crypto from that partner. If you do not recognise a charge, check it against the deposit history in your casino account before you dispute it. A chargeback on a deposit you made yourself can get the casino account closed, and the crypto bought with it cannot be pulled back.
