Two waits add up. First the casino approves the request, which most crypto casinos do automatically for routine amounts. Then the transaction waits to be included in a block. Bitcoin produces one about every ten minutes on average, the gap varies, and a transaction with a low fee can sit through several blocks when the network is busy. Usually you do: the fee comes off the amount you withdraw, and some casinos add a charge of their own on top. Duel passes on only the network fee. Thunderpick charges no internal fee, though the network fee still applies. Read the fee line in the cashier before you confirm, and expect it to change with demand on the network.

Many crypto casinos show your balance in dollars while holding it in the coin you deposited. If Bitcoin falls between your deposit and your withdrawal, you get back fewer dollars than you won.
